01.The Overview

John Harvey Beauty is an independent beauty clinic with a loyal client base but an outdated digital presence that was making it harder to attract new bookings. The brief was simple: build a website that matches the quality of the in-clinic experience and gives prospective clients an effortless way to book treatments online.

The previous site was dated, hard to navigate, and offered no obvious way to book a treatment — meaning serious clients often dropped off before making contact.

  • Outdated visual identity: The existing site read as "budget salon" rather than "premium beauty clinic". The brand needed a refresh that reflected the calibre of the treatments.
