Craft Barbers is a premium grooming experience with a loyal client base, but their schedule was at the mercy of walk-ins and last-minute phone bookings. The brief: a polished website with full barber-and-service selection booking, social proof, and a brand presence that justifies the price point.

Walk-ins-and-phone-bookings made the schedule unpredictable. New clients had no way to discover the shop or book a specific barber online.
